8. Do you make or buy your cosplay? Or maybe both? Do you have any stores or sellers you highly recommend to aspiring cosplayers?
I do a combination of making pieces and getting commissions from friends that I’ve made over the years.
There are some incredible costume designers, and it’s always an honor to get to showcase their work.

9. What do you enjoy about cosplay?
I have a physical condition with my body that has left me differently-abled (so to speak), so I have to wear a brace often.
It’s hard to ignore the stares I get when walking around. I constantly feel like I’m less than perfect because of my condition. I’m a nobody.
But when I don my cosplays, my issues disappear. I’m no longer a struggling student. I’m no longer differently abled. I’m no longer a nobody.
I don the outfit and I become a hero. I become a villain.
My limitations and worries disappear, and I am finally free!

Great interview and amazing cosplay. So wonderful the charity work you do and with kids too. You are amazing!

You are definitely an amazing young lady. You play your roles well, and you have nothing to worry about with your appearance…you are gorgeous… and you have a remarkable attitude. I think it’s great that you inspire young ladies…especially the shy and impressionable ones. Keep up the great work, and above all, have fun.
