Disclaimer: I received this product in exchange of my honest opinion from CHAPSTICK and INFLUENSTER.

Check out my review!

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

  • This Chapstick is part of the 3 piece set for what they call a “Daily Regimen with Sea Minerals.”
  • The set includes ChapStick Total Hydration Sea Minerals Moisturizing Lip Exfoliator, Overnight Lip Moisturizer and Tinted Lip Balm.
  • It claims to combine sea minerals, like blue sea kale and sea algae.
  • It is paraben-free.
  • It is cruelty-free.

So, is it worth it?

MY REVIEW

PROS:

  1. Smell- It smells like a lemon type smell, very citrus based. It is a somewhat strong smell once it is on your lips.
  2. I love the idea of combining sea minerals, like blue sea kale and sea algae. As someone who wants more naturally based ingredients, this seemed like a perfect product to try out!
  3. This chapstick did leave my lips a bit softer.

CONS:

  1. Smell- If you are a person who has sensitivity to smell, this Chapstick will bother you when you have it on.
  2. Unfortunately, this Chapstick felt really waxy and it would get on all my things, ie. my water bottle.
  3. It also eventually dried out my lips even more. It just seemed to peel my lips more than before.
